What is "WE HEAR YOU"?

WE HEAR YOU is a confidential, anonymous, secure, free, and easy-to-use channel for proposing improvements or reporting violations of the Code of Conduct. The system is operated by EthicsGlobal, experts in report management.

As an independent external company, EthicsGlobal guarantees confidentiality and anonymity to all whistleblowers. With this, EUM assures all Employees, Suppliers, and Clients that the follow-up and resolution process will be carried out with complete transparency and objectivity.

The integrity of an organization directly impacts its reputation and success. If you have questions about the right way to act, or if someone is not complying with EUM's Code of Conduct, you have the responsibility to speak up and the right to use safe, easy, confidential, and—where applicable—anonymous methods to do so.

In accordance with our Code of Conduct, every reported case is investigated to apply the corrective measures warranted by the situation.

EUM expects all its Employees, Suppliers, and Clients to adhere to our Code of Conduct by complying with the company’s policies and standards, as well as the laws, rules, and regulations of every country where we operate.




Our Responsibility

  • To provide tools and channels for receiving questions, suggestions, and reports in an easy, secure, confidential, and anonymous manner, without fear of any repercussions or retaliation
  • To investigate, resolve, and when applicable, sanction reported incidents

Your Responsibility

  • If you were affected, witnessed, or have knowledge of inappropriate conduct, report it to avoid becoming complicit in such actions
  • Use the reporting channels provided by the company
  • Follow up on reports to track the status and corrective measures of the investigation, and when necessary, provide additional information, evidence, or report recurring incidents

Reporting Methods

Web Assistant

The reporter should try to have all relevant case information ready, including any supporting evidence if available, by considering: Who? When? Where? How?

The reporter accesses the form where a Dynamic Web Assistant will guide them step-by-step, asking relevant questions based on the information provided. They'll have options to add names and positions of those involved, attach supporting documents, write their report, classify it, and provide all other relevant information needed for a proper investigation.

After completing the report, the system will provide a case number, which is very important to keep for follow-up purposes.


Email

The reporter should prepare all relevant case information, including any supporting evidence if available, by considering: Who? When? Where? How?

The reporter sends as complete information as possible, attaching evidence if available, and may choose to send it either from their personal email account or create an anonymous account for this purpose.

Within 24 hours, they will receive a case number for follow-up at the email address provided.

  • Install the EthicsGlobal App on your mobile phone
  • Select Spanish in the Language section
  • Enter 'Envases Universales' in the Select Your Organization section
  • Complete the report in the Complaint Form
  • Follow up on the report using the case number

The reporter should have all relevant case information ready, including any supporting evidence if available, by answering the questions: Who? When? Where? How?

They will connect with a specialist who will listen, advise, and assist them by asking relevant questions to ensure the case can be properly investigated.

The specialist will provide options for submitting supporting evidence if available.

The reporter will receive a follow-up case number which is very important to keep for future reference.

By using the tracking code provided when filing their report, the person can at any time call the hotline or enter this call the hotline at any time, or log in to this page in the follow up page in the follow up field to follow up on their report:
