How Does It Work?


By Toll-Free Phone Call or Chat

  • The whistleblower should have all relevant case information and any evidence available, answering the questions: Who? When? Where? How?
  • The whistleblower calls or contacts an advisor via chat.
  • They connect with an advisor who will listen and support them, asking relevant questions to ensure the case receives appropriate investigation.
  • The advisor will offer options for submitting evidence if available.
  • The whistleblower receives a tracking code, which is important to keep for future reference.

Via Web Assistant or Mobile App

  • The whistleblower should have all relevant case information, answering the questions: Who? When? Where? How?
  • The whistleblower fills out a form that guides them with relevant questions based on the information they provide.
  • Once the report is complete, the system will provide a tracking code, which must be kept to follow up on the report.

By Email

  • The whistleblower should have all relevant case information, answering the questions: Who? When? Where? How?
  • The whistleblower sends an email to teescuchamos@ethicsglobal.com describing the facts.
  • An advisor will send a case number, which should be saved to follow up on the report.

Follow-Up


Using the tracking code provided when the report was submitted, the person can at any time call the line or enter it at teescuchamos.ethicsglobal.com to:

  • Check the status of the investigation
  • Learn about the conclusion and corrective actions
  • Provide additional information
  • Report recurring incidents
  • Attach files as supporting evidence
